Fast Returns Processing

Within two days of receiving, returns are processed and credited by a trained Returns Specialist who handles the entire function of opening, data entry and order processing, product inspection, determining salability of the item, crediting and put away back into stock. Once the data regarding the disposition of the return and return reason are entered into our system, the system will credit the customer, reship the product (if applicable) or process the exchange.

Product Inspection

Our Return Specialists are trained to determine whether your products are resalable, refurbishable or damaged. In some cases, regarding damaged items, NFS has developed special logic which will separate the damages by vendor so we can get a credit back from the original vendor for the damaged merchandise. We normally segregate all damaged inventory for periodic review from our clients, then obtain a certificate of destruction if we will be destroying it. In cases where products are resalable, the Return Specialist will sort the product, repackage when necessary, barcode and return to inventory.

Refurbishment Services

When possible, we provide light refurbishment services to maximize recovery rates on returned goods. Our Return Specialists are proficient in repackaging, garment folding and tagging. We can also quarantine items if you wish to perform onsite inspections and repairs.

Merchandise Return Labels

Realtime Reporting
